Frank Gurto – Obituary
Frank P Gurto, aged 62 of Lima, passed away June 24, 2020 at his residence. He was born March 19, 1958 in Conneaut Ohio to Frank Gurto and Alice C. (Wintringham) Gurto. His mother survives in Conneaut. He married Nadine DiStefano on April 18, 2010 and she survives in Lima.Frank enjoyed making chain-mail jewelry, visiting flea-markets and yard sales and making his wife’s crazy ideas come to life. He enjoyed music of all kinds but loved classic, heavy metal and alternative rock.Additional survivors include his children: Joshua Gurto of Jefferson OH and Justin Gurto of Ashtabula OH; stepchildren: Andrew Distefano of St. Petersburg FLA and Monica DiStefano of Lima OH; Siblings Kim (Gary) Anglebrandt of Croswell MI, Darrell Peterson of Conneaut OH, Darwin (Arnesta) Gurto of Pierpont OH, Nanette (John) Sumner of West Springfield PA, James (Eunice) Hogle of Conneaut OH, and Jill Ellis of Pierpont OH. He is survived by 7 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father Frank and two children: Rose (Mike) Best and Adriel Gurto
